Sarah Loyola is a San Jose based artist working in mixed media.  Her work, combining painting, collage, and cyanotype is a manifestation of the peace that can be found in the close examination and contemplation of the natural world.  Her work focuses on moments of observation and re-creation through the passage of time.  Celebrating process and texture, the additive and subtractive work of decomposing and recomposing, she invites the viewer to slow down and look closely.
